  分会场主席 王一波
  工学博士,现任中国科学院电工研究所研究员,可再生能源发电技术实验室副主任,可再生能源系统研究部主任,中国科学院太阳能光伏发电系统和风力发电系统质量检测中心主任。兼任国家科技部智能电网科技战略研究工作组专家、国家科技部“十三五”可再生能源与氢能技术重点专项专家组专家、国际“创新使命倡议”智能电网创新挑战工作组组长、国际能源署光伏系统计划第十四工作组中国负责人、中国可再生能源学会光电专委会委员等职务。从事可再生能源发电系统及装备技术研究二十余年,带领团队取得了世界第一台±10kV/200kW光伏直流升压并网变流器、我国第一台200kW自同步电压源逆变器、世界第一个10MW级水/光/储互补微电网示范工程(青海玉树)等一批重大创新技术成果。主持国家重点研发计划项目1项,主持完成“十二五”863计划重大项目课题1项,参与完成国家科技支撑计划项目、国际科技合作项目、国家自然基金项目等国家级科研课题十余项。

  分会场主席 Luciano Martini
  Luciano Martini works for RSE, a national research center based in Milano (Italy), where he is the Director of the “Transmission and Distribution Technologies” Department. He serves as the Italian co-Lead of the "Smart Grids Innovation Challenge" in Mission Innovation. Luciano Martini has more than 25 years’ experience on R&D activities dealing with applied superconductivity, renewable energies integration and smart grids. He is the Coordinator of the Joint Programme on Smart Grids of EERA and a member of the Governing Board of the ETIP SNET, and has been repeatedly recruited as an independent expert to review research proposals and publicly funded R&D projects. He is the vice-Chairman and Italian delegate within the Executive Committee of the IEA TCP ISGAN (International Smart Grid Action Network), the Chair of the IEA TCP HTS for assessing the impacts of High-Temperature Superconductivity on the Electric Power Sector, and member of several CIGRE and IEC international working groups.

  Roland Bründlinger studied at the Technical University, Graz, Austria and the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and received his M. Sc. degree in Power Engineering in 2000.Since 2001 he has been with the Business Unit Electric Energy Systems at the Austrian Institute of Technology in Vienna, Austria. As Senior Research Engineer he is responsible for qualification testing and conformity assessment of Grid Connected Power Converters at the AIT SmartEST laboratory. His main research interest lies on performance analysis and the interaction between Distributed Energy Resources, protection schemes and electricity grids with a focus on power electronics converter-based systems. Roland Bründlinger is member of national and international Technical Committees working on PV standardisation and is member of the Board of DERlab e.V., the Association of the European Laboratories for Distributed Energy Resources. As Operating Agent of IEA-PVPS Task 14, he is coordinating the international research activities in the framework of the “High Penetration PV in Electricity Grids” task within the Photovoltaic Power Systems Technology Collaboration Programme of the International Energy Agency.

  He is active in the field of sustainable energy systems since 1988 when he left University of Oldenburg after finishing his Master of Science in Renewable Energies. Joining the independent solar consulting IST Energietechnik in 1989, he was project leader for the “Intensified Monitoring and Analysis Program within the German-1000- Roof-Photovoltaic-Program” from 1991 till 1998. With the start of the feed in tariff in Germany he took the challenge to develop the cost effective monitoring service “SaferSUN”, with which more than 15 GW of photovoltaic systems are operated today. As director of Meteocontrol (2002-2006) he concentrated on the combination of meteorological and energy related expertise for the further integration of renewable energies into the utility grid.
