壳牌中国日前与申能（集团）有限公司所属上海申能能创能源发展有限公司签署协议，成立合资公司“上海申能壳牌新能源有限公司”。双方将通过该合资公司在上海投资建设加氢站网络，这将成为壳牌在亚洲的首个加氢站网络。该合资公司计划未来5年内在上海及长三角地区建成6至10座加氢站。到2030年，规模将扩展至覆盖长三角地区的30座加氢站，每天可以为约3000辆燃料电池卡车或公交车供应氢气。
氢能是未来国家能源体系的组成部分，是战略性新兴产业的重点方向，根据中国氢能联盟预测，2030年，氢能在中国能源体系中的占比将至少达到5%。壳牌中国集团主席黄志昌表示，氢能将在中国的运输和重工业等难以减排行业的脱碳进程中发挥重要作用。通过与申能的合作，壳牌很高兴能够共同支持中国氢能产业的发展，并为中国实现“双碳”目标作出贡献。
全球知名照明企业昕诺飞近日宣布，位于上海市闵行区的中国区总部昕诺飞（中国）投资有限公司，已获上海市商务委员会认定，升级为跨国公司地区（亚太区）总部。
Signify recently announces that the headquarter of Signify (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in Minhang District, Shanghai in the Greater China region has been upgraded as its Asia-pacific regional headquarter upon the recognition of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.

亚马逊对电动汽车制造商Rivian的投资连续二个季度亏损。
For a second straight quarter, Amazon took a massive writedown on its investment in electric vehicle maker Rivian.
亚马逊在最近公布的第二季度财报中称，公司持有的Rivian资产在二季度亏损39亿美元。
Amazon said in its second-quarter earnings report on recent that it recorded a $3.9 billion loss on its Rivian holdings during the period.
数据显示，亚马逊所持Rivian股份，前两个季度账面损失总计达115亿美元，在此期间Rivian的市值蒸发约四分之三。
Amazon has now taken paper losses on its Rivian stake totaling $11.5 billion for the first two quarters, a stretch during which Rivian lost three-quarters of its value.
分析认为，Rivian股价下跌并不影响亚马逊的运营或现金状况，只是反映了去年年底以来市场的巨大波动。
According to the analysis, Rivian's stock price decline don’t impact the Amazon’s operations or cash position, and just reflect the massive gyrations in the market since late last year.
如果Rivian的初期业务遭遇障碍或现金短缺，将导致投资出现问题，从而妨碍该公司向亚马逊所承诺的配送车辆的生产进度。
The investment could become problematic if Rivian’s nascent business hits a snag or runs low on cash, hampering the company’s ability to manufacture delivery vehicles at the speed it promised Amazon.
亚马逊曾表示，预计到今年年底，将在100多个城市拥有数千辆Rivian货车，这是实现其2030年前，在美国拥有10万电动送货车辆目标的第一步。
Amazon said it expects to have thousands of Rivian vans in more than 100 cities by the end of this year, the first step toward its goal of having 100,000 electric delivery vehicles on the road in the U.S. by 2030.
