辽宁省优先发布风电无补贴平价上网试点项目竞争配置实施办法！

近日，辽宁省发改委发布《关于中电朝阳光伏发电项目纳入全省光伏平价上网试点项目计划征求意见的函》。

《意见》提出，辽宁省发改委将优先发布风电、光伏发电无补贴平价上网试点项目竞争配置相关实施办法，执行国家发改能源[2019]19号等相关政策。要求提出申请纳入平价上网试点计划的项目，一年内不得再申请参与电价补贴项目竞争。另分散式风电、光伏扶贫、户用光伏、工商业分布式光伏按现行政策执行。
