上半年，公司新增风机订单超9GW，同比增长135.39%，新增订单和在手订单均创历史新高。“两海”市场开拓等方面再创佳绩，其中海外订单增速迅猛，订单容量超1GW，占新增订单比例11%。报告期，公司实现营业收入70.35亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.48亿元。

（一）风力发电机组研制、销售业务

报告期内，公司实现风机销售营业收入63.50亿元。公司实现对外销售容量3,396.02MW，同比上升34.96%。

公司新增订单9,379.80MW，其中海外市场方面，新增订单1051.1MW，同比增长412.73%，公司重点布局“一带一路”沿线，继在越南建成正顺等风电项目后，公司在哈萨克斯坦交付其境内单体容量最大的风电项目。在欧洲市场实现突破，交付塞尔维亚首个风电项目，成为首个落地塞尔维亚的中国风机品牌；中标多个塞尔维亚风电项目，其中容量为852.8MW的MaestraleRing项目建成后将成为欧洲单体规模最大的陆上风电项目。海上风电方面，获取辽宁省大连市庄河250MW海上风电项目。公司持续打造海上风电核心竞争力，紧紧围绕“立足浙江、布局全国”的战略方针，相继在大连太平湾、温州洞头两地投资建设海上风电总装基地。

截止2023年6月30日，累计在手订单22,982.77MW，包括已签合同尚未执行的项目和中标尚未签订合同的项目。

（二）新能源电站投资运营及智慧服务业务

报告期内，公司斩获湖南、湖北、河北、山东、内蒙古等多省风光资源。公司新增已核准/备案的风电光伏项目权益容量146.7万千瓦，新增储能液流电池项目5万千瓦。公司积极推进新能源电站建设，截至报告期末，公司控股新能源电站43.43万千瓦，报告期内实现发电收入1.64亿元，同比上升25%；公司在建新能源电站项目权益容量70.58万千瓦，在运营电站权益容量52.76万千瓦。
